We need a Regional Account Manager MEA,
you passionate about driving growth in a dynamic, international environment? Lamb Weston is looking for a Regional Account Manager to promote and sell our full portfolio of premium food products across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager Foodservice MEA, this role is based in our Dubai office and plays a pivotal role in expanding our market presence.
What do you do?
Spot Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across the MEA region.
Lead Key Accounts: Manage forecasts, quotations, contracts, and targets for major accounts.
Collaborate with Marketing: Coordinate sales promotions, limited-time offers (LTOs), and permanent listings in partnership with the marketing team and international marketer.
Negotiate & Close: Lead contract negotiations, finalize agreements, and oversee implementation and follow-through.
What do you bring?
3–5 years of successful sales experience in the FMCG sector is a must, ideally in foodservice.
Solid understanding of the foodservice industry; experience managing distributors is a strong advantage.
Multilingual: Fluency in Arabic, French, and English is essential.
Willingness to travel across the MEA region as required.
