e're looking for a Compliance Associate! As an Compliance Associate at Tweeq, you will be responsible for ensuring the company adheres to all applicable regulatory and legal requirements, including SAMA regulations and internal policies. Y
ou will play a key role in maintaining a robust compliance culture and supporting business operations by providing guidance on regulatory obligations, monitoring compliance risks, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

• achelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field. 1
• to 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in fintech, digital wallets, or regulated financial services. G
• ood understanding of SAMA regulations, compliance frameworks, and relevant Saudi financial laws. E
• xperience with regulatory reporting, risk assessment, and compliance monitoring. C
• ertifications such as CRCM, ICA, or equivalent are a plus. S
• trong attention to detail, risk awareness, and problem-solving skills. E
• xcellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

• mplement and oversee Tweeq’s compliance framework, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory expectations and industry standards. M
• onitor ongoing compliance with SAMA regulations, including conduct, licensing, consumer protection, and data privacy. R
• eview new and existing products, services, and processes to ensure regulatory compliance. A
• dvise internal stakeholders on compliance requirements related to business operations and new initiatives. C
• onduct periodic compliance risk assessments and internal control reviews. M
• aintain an effective compliance monitoring and testing program, including tracking and remediation of findings. P
• repare and submit regulatory reports and notifications in coordination with relevant teams. L
• iaise with regulators and support regulatory audits and SAMA examinations. D
• evelop and deliver compliance training programs to promote awareness and understanding of regulatory obligations across the organization. M
