Right now, we’re looking for a Commercial Excellence Specialist to join our global Marine team. As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing commercial processes and sales excellence activities within the region. This role to be based in Bahrain and reports into Commercial Excellence Manager.
You can look for forward to working with a diverse group of ambitious and talented people from many different backgrounds, giving you a unique global network.
Here are some key responsibilities to look forward to
- Support the Global Commercial Excellence team with the standardization of the commercial processes and other key objectives
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, and potentially SQL queries) to manipulate and interpret complex datasets
- Be involved in several data hygiene processes
- Drive initiatives from other functions to sales in a structured manner
- Drive implementation & effective sales tools (CRM & PowerBi) usage
- Proactively identify and address challenges, working collaboratively to find effective solutions in the commercial arena
- Engage with ideas on improvements on tools and processes after checking for feedback with intended stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- Graduate in Business OR Econometrics / Data Science or any data heavy discipline
- Excellent Microsoft office skills especially Excel (Large data set analysis, SQL etc).
- Experience with project management tools – Miro, Trello, etc preferred
- Ability to converse fluently in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to interact with, negotiate & drive changes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, matrix environment
