We need an Assistant Manager - Finance,

MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

MIS Preparation

To analyze the budget variances

To ensure adequate insurance of all properties and stocks

To handle Auditors / Banks

To review all debtors and creditors

To initiate and develop systems

To ensure day-to-day smooth administrative functioning of the department

To conduct monthly / spot checking of showroom cash balances to understand what’s happening in Show room level

To get the full potential out of accountants and Sr. Accountant

To train and educate the team members about errors / new developments

Payroll Validation

Payment Verification

Correspondence with oracle team in Dubai solving ERP issues

KEY JOB DELIVERABLES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Ensuring the format and accuracy of the financial statements and its timely submission as per corporate schedule

Avoiding crisis in the absence of any of the team members by making the system transparent, user-friendly and systematic back up

Constantly improving the system without increasing the manpower

Knowledge about the various elements of cost and its control

Trend analysis to give / trigger alerts

To ensure all JVs at the month end

To prepare variances analysis for Top management

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Academic : M.Com and CA / MBA (Finance) / ICWA

Experience : 5 years, preferably in Retail Industry

Knowledge : General Accounting Principles, Oracle Financials, MS Excel

Skills / Abilities :

Reports to : Manager - Finance

Supervises : Sr. Accountant and Accountants

Liaises with : Internally – Show Room, Warehouse, HR
