We need an Assistant Manager Artificial Intelligence,

Jazeera Airways is seeking a forward-thinking AI Consultant to initiate and lead the airline’s journey into artificial intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies across airline operations, develop strategic AI initiatives, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making.

This position requires expertise in AI technologies, a deep understanding of the airline industry, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies, including C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET and SQL Server.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth system performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to review code, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality through code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to .NET development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and execute a strategic AI roadmap aligned with business goals and industry trends.
• Identify high-impact areas where AI can enhance operations, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
• Advocate for AI adoption within the organization and promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define AI use cases.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, including machine learning models, natural language processing tools, and predictive analytics.
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, reliable, and ethically implemented.
• Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to align AI initiatives with operational needs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams about AI capabilities and applications.
• Build strong relationships with academic and industry partners to stay updated on AI advancements.
• Develop and implement data strategies to support AI initiatives, including data collection, cleansing, and governance.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all AI projects.
• Establish metrics to evaluate the performance and ROI of AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor AI systems and refine models to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Identify and address potential risks or biases in AI implementations.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and trends relevant to the aviation industry.
• Represent the organization at AI forums, conferences, and industry events.
• Explore innovative applications of AI to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications in AI, machine learning, or data analytics.
• 3-5 years of experience in AI, machine learning or data science roles.
• Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in complex environments, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
• Understanding aviation business dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
