Role: Internship, People & Culture
Are you passionate about building thriving workplaces and shaping organizational culture? Porter is looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR intern to join our People & Culture team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to key HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement, giving you a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
- HR Operations: Contribute to daily HR activities such as documentation, data management, and HRIS updates.
- Employee Engagement: Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal communication.
- Process Improvement: Help identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and improve employee experience.
Skills Required:
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- Soft Skills: Good Communication (written & verbal), Teamwork, Can-do attitude, highly performance driven.
