Role Description
LEO Pharma has embarked on an ambitious journey to become the preferred dermatology care partner improving people’s lives around the world – and that is why we need you to be part of our Biologics field force team in Abu Dhabi. Your role
• Achieve or exceed sales targets, within a defined territory, through all existing and potential customers, focusing on personal sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting specific customer problems.
• Performs effective territory management in relation to client targeting, frequency, message, and programs.
• Participates in promotional activity programs to increase product awareness in the market.
• Delivers key promotional messages within approved detail aids and in line with the agreed action plan.
• Builds and maintains positive working relationships with HCPs/KOLs
• Ensure full awareness and compliance with all the company’s policies and code of Conduct
Your qualifications & requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have the following qualifications & requirements:
• B.Sc. in Pharmacy or other health & life sciences
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in the UAE; Immunology experience is desired, Dermatology experience is a plus
• Very Good command of English Spoken and written
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A valid UAE driving license
• Resident in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
