Job Description
Overview
The role of an Opeartions Administrator is to ensure all information is prepared, recorded and stored accurately and on time within Operations and Logistics team at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Solutions UAE.
Responsibilities
Updating, monitoring and reporting on WW Solutions Internal Operations System to ensure correct standard operating procedure is followed.
Capturing, collecting, distributing and maintaining information on system daily.
Analyse and monitor exception daily reports for anomalies and to communicate this to Supervisor and Operations Manager.
Capturing and updating information daily on the Internal Operations System to track vehicle movements.
Monitor Internal Operations System errors and adjust anomalies on the system.
Pulling and compiling various reports from the Internal Operations System.
General administration, filing and data capturing.
Responsible for collecting information and compiling Monthly and Quarterly KPI reports.
Ensure that weekly/monthly auto maintenance reports are done on time and accurately.
Distribute these reports as required to relevant stakeholders.
Ensure that work instructions, SOP’s, Training Matrix are maintained, updated, relevant and available at all times.
Perform other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time.
Qualifications
Advance Level of Computer Literacy in MS Office.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of other language - spoken in the Middle East will be an advantage.
Must be accurate and have attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Work experience in the logistics/supply chain environment for 2 - 3 years is a must.
Experience working in an Automotive Industry will be an advantage.
