Key Responsibilities
To integrate and deliver FIVE’s pioneering vision for entertainment.
Selection of musical stylings that encompasses a myriad of venues, genres, audiences and themes.
Develop, implement, and supervise day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key entertainment initiatives in order to provide a seamless experience.
Artist management including lead sourcing and booking of all Accommodation, Transport and Logistics such as Licenses, Insurances, Visas and Permits, as required.
Monitor On-time and On-Budget operations.
Build and maintain relationships with all production team members, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding the company’s strategic goals.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
A thorough knowledge of musical trends.
Previous experience within luxury hospitality industry is a plus
A hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ attitude.
A commitment to deliver exceptional guest services.
An ability to develop creative solutions.
A self-starter who will take complete ownership of the duties assigned.
Great conversational skills and teamwork oriented.
Positive outlook, outgoing personality and fun to work with!
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a necessity.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus
