Job Description
Customers’ Collection
Receiving cash from sales team, recording cash transactions in system and offset payments with the related details from customer.
Deposit cash and cheques in banks and closing safe balance on daily basis.
Follow with the sales team on Overdues balances, pending collections, customer variances and blocked orders
Provide the reports required from the HO related to the collection verifications ,reconciliations and overdues
Invoices Process
Follow with the Logistic team and Sales team about the missing invoices and insure proper invoicing on time.
Inventory Control
Conduct monthly stock counting in warehouse and trucks
Prepare physical count report and verify the reasons of any discrepancies with the logistic team.
