Sr. Administrator - Facilities Management Project - Saudi Arabia
Our Client is a Global leader in Engineering, Design, and Construction, they are a multinational services firm that provides infrastructure consulting services to clients in the public and private sectors, They offer a wide range of services, including planning, design, engineering, program, and construction management. They focus on projects in transportation, buildings, water, new energy, and the environment.
They are going through very fast growth this year and are looking to welcome an experienced Sr.Administrator with a passion for creating better communities with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What will you do:
Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management project team, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Manage the procurement process for the Facilities Management project, including identifying suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing delivery schedules.
Monitor and track project performance, including financial performance, schedule adherence, and quality of work.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and financial forecasts.
Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
Manage the Facilities Management project team, including providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
What do they expect from you:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Facilities Management, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior administrative role.
Strong understanding of Facilities Management practices, including maintenance, repair, and operations, and asset management.
Experience managing projects in the Middle East region, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
