Introduction to the role
We are on the search for a Logistics and Support Specialist to join our Aftersales team. A strong individual who shares the same enthusiasm and passion as we do. Responsible for the operational Market support and processes. You will serve as subject matter experts in the field to consult, support and manage the Porsche Importer network in our region. We are looking for a professional with strong organizational skills, who will contribute to our organization's culture and the Aftersales objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Operational Market Support: Handle general parts requests, Procurement orders, IT support for Aftersales applications, Operational support for technical/warranty market requests, handle market concerns
Logistic Support Support: Shipping Document support, Coordinate and find solutions for special logistics issues, shipping lead time
analysis and development of improvement measures, sea fright planning
Parts regulation monitoring: Market support for parts regulations trade, import export regulations, material & chemical conformity requirements, test reports
Business excellence market professionalization: Processes establishment, planning and operational solutions for markets,
Warehouse management and market steering, quality and performance monitoring development
Reporting: Monitor and analyse logistic reports, weekly/monthly back order reporting, Parts Recall Support and Communication
Qualifications
Degree or other relevant Education
>2-4 years experience in relevant function within Market After Sales retail & logistics experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
Relevant and recent experience at Porsche preferred within the automotive industry.
Advanced in Microsoft-Office knowledge, especially MS Office and SAP.
High level of proficiency in spoken and written English, Arabic, French or German are an advantage.
Cultural sensitivity, strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, enthusiastic and driven personality.
Flexibility in travel required.
