With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Quality and Training Manager, to join the Human Resources team at The One&Only The Palm Hotel in Dubai.
In that position, you will ensure the compliance of all standards and procedures of One&Only The Palm and monitor them to be in line with the One&Only standards. Furthermore, you will administer the One&Only Guest Satisfaction from distribution of surveys through to response letters to our guests and action plans for improvement areas. You will also implement action plans to follow up on quality audits. You will do this through leading, developing, conducting and implementing training initiatives and programs to maintain & enhance a quality performance culture.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor Degree: Training/ Hospitality/ Human Resources or any other related courses
Experience: 2 years’ experience within Training in the hotel industry
High Computer Proficiency – MS Office
Self-starter, innovative, creative, flexible and dynamic with strong leadership skills
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems Administration
Languages: Fluency in English and another European language is essential
