Job Summary:
We are currently looking for passionate Outlet Manager for delivering outstanding service and creating a memorable dining experience for the guests in The Waterfront Kitchen. This person will be responsible for ensuring the meal operations in is smooth and all guests are well taken by the team of trained staff.
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, we rely on you to:
Assists in the control of F&B divisional expenses by educating outlets on proper chemical usage, equipment handling, breakage costs and safety issues.
To provide leadership through good product knowledge, operation awareness and role modelling
Monitors and controls staff punctuality and attendance.
Motivates employees: - Provide positive feedback & reinforcement - Practice effective listening - Show concern and help - Recognize staff birthdays / other occasions.
Determines priorities, set goals & follow up: - Prepares daily / monthly action plan - Grades priorities.
Prepares staff rosters schedules and submit to supervisor.
Coaches, counsels, disciplines employees: - Logs specific incidents / offer advice.
What we're looking for
Great conversational skills for engaging with guests.
Strong English skills
Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
