About Consumer Health

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of a new entity within New Consumer Health and your employment would be governed by New Consumer Health’s employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to you by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and subject to any necessary consultation processes.

Role Summary:

The Senior Brand Manager – JOHNSON’S BABY AMET is a key leadership role within JOHNSON’S Baby and the overall Essential Health Franchise. This role involves the leadership of the JOHNSON’S Baby strategic planning, development, and execution of both short and long-term objectives.

This position reports into the Essential Health Marketing Director AMET.

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute JOHNSON’S Baby short & long-term end-to-end strategies for the total Babycare portfolio.
  • Lead the development of robust and innovative Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaigns in close partnership with EMEA Regional Franchise and external agency media & content partners. Influence and shape the regional content & claims to ensure it’s fit for purpose for the AMET cluster.
  • Lead analysis and execution of total AMET P&L initiatives such as Cost Improvement Plans, portfolio simplification and pricing recommendations.
  • Overall brand P&L management: STT, NTS, GP, BME, Brand contribution
  • AMET Tribe Champion – Ensure the needs of the AMET clusters are considered when developing content, claims & innovation. Scale best practice initiatives and content across the AMET cluster.
  • Lead the 3YOP strategic brand plan development in partnership with EMEA Regional Franchise and AMET sub-clusters.
  • Partner with the EMEA Regional Franchise on the development of the innovation pipeline & Cost Improvement Plans. Play a critical role in influencing and shaping the future innovation & CIPs for the AMET consumer & customer.
  • Responsible for deep understanding of our diverse consumers by market to ensure that every decision made has our consumer’s needs at heart.
  • Build and establish effective partnerships with key external and internal cross-functional business partners.
  • Develop a team of high performing individuals.
  • As a leader in the business, contribute to the culture of innovation, collaboration and talent development across marketing

  • Business results – market share and P&L financial targets
  • 360 Feedback from key stakeholders

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business administration or respective studies. MBA degree a plus.
  • 8+ years of Marketing Experience, and proven brand management experience.
  • Prior regional emerging market experience preferred.
  • Strong overall business & marketing management experience.
  • Exceptional financial & commercial acumen – proven ability to connect in-market dynamics with financial implications and make decisions to drive business results.
  • Strong analytical capability leading to data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record in developing integrated marketing campaigns resulting in driving category & brand consumption.
  • Highly experienced in launching new products and commercial innovation with excellence.
  • Lives into the TAO behaviors: TRUST, AGILITY, OWNERSHIP.
  • High ethical standards & follows J&J Credo.
  • Ability to master complexity, challenge the status quo, and make the complex simple and communicate very clearly.
  • Dedicated and results driven – brings new ideas to the table & holds others accountable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead through influence.
  • Working in multi-functional cross-cultural teams.
  • Must be able to travel across AMET Region.
  • Excellent Verbal and written English skills; Arabic is a plus.
