With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Manager to join the One&Only team at The One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.
With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. We are currently looking for a passionate and committed HR specialist and will be in-charge of sourcing and mobilizing candidates for the resort, the overall recruitment process, on boarding and overlooking the accommodation team. Extensive experience in mass recruitment is a key. He/She will develop and establish proactive HR function that actively supports the hotel in achieving its business goals. Manage a team of motivated and well-trained individuals. And is responsible for operating within the policies and procedures as known and set out.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Human Resources/ Commerce or Hotel Management
- A minimum experience of 5 years as HR generalist and two years’ experience at managerial level handling recruitment in a 5* hotel.
- Proven track record of strong recruitment network, excellent time management, leadership and organizational skills.
- Passionate, flexible, dynamic, creative, charismatic and can easily adjust to a challenging and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and high computer proficiency – MS Office Applications, SAP and OASYS system.
Suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources & Training. He/She must have a background with strong attention to details and analytical skills, must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
