What you'll be doing
The corporate project management team is directly under the Chief of Staff to the Group President: Patrick Chalhoub. This team is responsible for projects such as:
Monitoring of the Transverse Priorities and other Major projects for the Group
Implementing The Voice of the Business initiative
Process optimization projects
The future Project coordinator / Analyst intern will need to work closely with Senior Corporate project manager to help keep the above topic on track.
Across the topics above, you will be expected to:
Voice Of the Business (VOB) initiative :
VOB initiative is an initiative that aims at setting our Support services for success in order to create Best class operations. The initiative goes through a yearly cycle that starts with a survey to get business representatives assess the Group’s supports services and is followed by debrief sessions, workshops and action plans implementation.
Help with setting up VOB survey on Qualtrics, organizing data on Python, and visualizing results on PowerBI. Once results and insights are available, come up with clear insights and recommendation on a PowerPoint presentation to be shared with key stakeholders.
Business and Process optimization projects :
Help drive project management set up:
maintain documents updated and shared across all stakeholders
organize and animate workshops on specific topics
come up with clear memos and minutes of meetings
follow up on open actions with key stakeholders
maintain a clear project tracking to follow up on actions
Help come up with research on specific topics:
Collect information from reliable sources
Consolidate and present insights in the most relevant ways (real insights, clear messages, accurate data)
Share and communicate confidently on consolidated insights
Help in mapping processes when needed.
What you’ll need to succeed
Previous Experience as data analyst will be highly appreciated
Strong capabilities when it comes to the following tools:
Qualtrics
Python
PowerBI
PowerPoint
Excellent Interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with persons from different teams, different level of seniority and backgrounds – Subject Matter expert
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines – Subject Matter expert
Great proactive attitude, willingness to be curious, learn and improve – Subject Matter expert
Great problem-solving attitude – Subject Matter expert
