BOBST  is searching for a Digital Solutions Area Service Manager (Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Caucasia)

Position Summary

Own the Bobst Digital Solutions & Connected Services annual budget and 3 years Business plan for its specific region in close cooperation with regional services management.

Define the services sales strategy & sales approach with the regional actors and Key accounts to promote Bobst Digital vision, Solutions, connected services to meet annual regional targets.

Main Responsibilities

Proactively present Digital Solutions to customers to create opportunities

Support our sales forces (Equipment & Services, maxASP Inside Sales) in promoting Digital solutions & Connected services to customers, responding to tenders, conceptual advice on connecting machines to services, OT (operation technology) and IT (information technology) systems.

Develop Digital Solutions market intelligence.

Act as the Voice of Customers to bring internally new requirements and business opportunities.

Establish continuous market input to all IoT lab development projects.

Propose and support pilot installations and lighthouse projects, establishing feedback loops between customer and development and keeping them alive.

Cooperate with the global BOBST Connect team, Services Marketing, IOT Lab and regional sales.

Drive business cases for new developments.

Plan and lead regional market introduction for new Digital solutions.

Participate, adapt, when necessary, Sales tools to support product promotion and New Product successful commercial launch

Ensure brand value and reputation

Be a strong “Digital Vision” Ambassador at local level and in the region

Professional experience required:

Engineer profile with good Business management skills.

Min. 5 years of professional experience in at least one industry / business, preferred in packaging industry

Good understanding of Bobst markets and dynamic

Critical Skills and Personal Attributes:

Ability to work in a matrix organization

Pro-Active & result oriented

Ability to understand our customers business and its opportunities for Bobst Digital solutions & Connected services

Ability to develop a business development plan, to execute it in order to meet annual targets

Strong communication & negotiation skills, capacity to embark people on our Bobst Digital journey & vision.

Basic Knowledge in Automation, Control Systems, Networks, MES/MIS, ERP, Web technologies, API, Cloud and Cybersecurity (can be expanded on the job)

Knowledge of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) of packaging production (can be expanded on the job)

Basic knowledge of setting up and executing production orders (workflow) in packaging production

Personal skills:

Entrepreneurial spirit with a demonstrated ability to engage, inspire and coordinate others. 

Proactive work style, highly reliable and accountable

Strong work ethics and values

Strong capacity to build bridges between different parties (Product lines, IoT, Customers, etc.)

Enthusiasm for new and digital innovations (introducing something new)

Education and Languages :

University degree

Fluent in English & French

Dimension Data UAE has an opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your Finance career within a Global IT business. In this role, you will be responsible for Credit control of customers in line with Dimension Data collections policy

Provides administrative support in the collections process. Prepares outstanding accounts reports and gathers credit and/or reference information. Maintains database by entering, updating, and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports. Assists in resolution of outstanding invoice problems from past due accounts. Responds to inquiries from customers or external collection resources. May place calls or send messages to those with unresolved issues.

Working at NTT

Responsibilities

Credit control of entire ledger of customers in line with Dimension Data collections policy

Perform reconciliations and assist in the areas of VAT / WHT filing

Assist on providing Audit requirements

Responsible for customer invoices, account statements and customer follow-ups / logs as well as client portal management

Responsible of the timely reporting of customers complaints and following up on resolving all customers disputes.

Client prequalification’s

Liaise with Finance Manager and Sales Manager on delayed payments

Support continuous improvements in cash collection and DSO performance

Assisting with general accounting and banking transactions

Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Finance or accounting qualification along with 3 years of relevant credit control / collections experience

SAP experience 2 years

Proficient in MS Office

Experience of delivering collections to target and managing customer accounts

Ability to prioritise and manage several clients (government sector and private)

Should be able to use own car for credit collection purposes (invoice submission, contract collect, follow up and meet the clients)

Gensler’s Middle East Region is seeking a creative, motivated and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Specialist. You will support our go-to-market strategies by delivering targeted content that positions the firm to win new work. Deliverables include qualifications, proposals, presentations, thought leadership pieces, as well as event activation, awards submissions and social media content.

You will be successful because you are a skilled storyteller and can work in creative tools, including InDesign and Microsoft tools. You will be able to demonstrate strong writing skills and graphic design sensibilities and have impeccable organization and project management skills. You will join a team of like-minded content marketers with a passion and talent for telling Gensler best-of stories about the power of design.

Your Role

What You will Do

Working with Principals and senior staff to design, write and produce proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral in alignment with Gensler’s brand standards.

Researching and identifying potential project opportunities by monitoring tender portals, client websites, and industry news.

Developing bid strategies and coordinating the preparation of high-quality bid submissions.

Gathering and organising all relevant bid documentation, including architectural plans, specifications, and other project details.

Coordinating and writing compelling and persuasive bid content, highlighting Gensler’s capabilities, expertise, and unique selling points.

Updating and maintaining information within the firm’s database and CRM tools

Participating in and championing strategy and planning sessions

Facilitating workshops and strategy meetings that support the firm’s positioning and visibility in the market

Coordinating business development activities, including researching incoming leads, following up and tracking their status and developing new materials to support business development activities

Coordinating various PR activities such as internally hosted events, external speaking engagements, award submissions and media outreach

Understanding Gensler’s evolving portfolio of work, practice areas, firm capabilities and service offerings

Liaising internally with Gensler’s regional and firmwide marketing community to bring a local perspective to global messaging and publications and adapting global content for local/regional relevance, as needed

Working with the studios to coordinate photo shoots of completed projects

Writing case stories on Gensler’s projects and bios on Gensler’s people

Assisting with external awards submissions and public speaking content development

Assisting with social media strategy and management

Managing other responsibilities, as assigned

Your Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a marketing position with a design or professional services firm

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design or related field

Experience delivering significant marketing projects independently, coaching colleagues for presentations and working closely with Principals and other senior staff on marketing strategy and deliverables

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to craft a story in a compelling manner, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral

Strong interpersonal skills – a great collaborator

Experience working directly with senior staff on business-critical projects with minimal supervision

Strong organizational skills and an ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects and deadlines

Ability to work with diverse project teams in a fast-paced work environment

A high degree of competency in InDesign is a must

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus

Photography coordination/curation and digital asset management knowledge preferred

Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus

Experience in the A/E/C or property industry is a plus; experience in an architecture or design firm is especially valuable
