CNS also has state-of-the-art network operation centers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai that develop in-house software and applications providing end-to-end solutions to our customers and partners.
Job Description
The Emiratization HR officer will mainly be responsible to dive the Emiratization recruitment requirements in CNS and Retention Strategy. Job holder responsibilities include:
Recruitment:
Develop external networks and resourcing strategies to attract the best UAE National talent.
Prepare and post job adverts on career websites and social media.
Evaluate, screen and shortlist resumes or CVs.
Sourcing and screening potential candidates/applicants through initial interview by phone, Online and/or in-person interviews.
Provide a shortlisted and qualified candidate to HRBP and hiring managers for further review and interview schedule.
Schedule interviews and keeps calendars for all hiring Managers and candidates.
Operations:
Develop strategies to enhance cultural awareness within the company, help the non-UAE colleagues understand the UAE traditions and work culture of the Emirati population, and help the Emirati Nationals integrate better in CNS
Suggest enhancement in the effective communication on recruitment, training and induction programs.
Be an ambassador and promoter of the company people values
With guidance from the HRBP and Learning & Development manager, develop a training program for Emirate candidates with clear learning outcomes.
Engage, motivate and connect with candidates, both internally and externally.
Liaise and coordinate with the HR teams to ensure there is a clear workforce plan agreed for the hiring of UAE nationals.
Additional Information
Bachelor's degree in IT, HR or Business Administration.
0-2 years of experience.
