JOB DESCRIPTION
As a leader in solutioning, collaborate closely with the Sales teams to deliver tailor-made product solutions that meet clients’ needs in the Middle East and North Africa (MEA) region. Leverage your problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive customer-centric strategies.

As a Product Solutions Manager in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Cross Currency Solutions Team, you are an integral part of a team that defines and configures complex solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities in partnership with Sales for the MEA region. You are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer by understanding their needs and communicating feedback to the Product teams. 

Job responsibilities

Leads solutioning and the adoption of existing and upcoming client-facing products and capabilities while defining and configuring optimal solutions that address clients’ needs and objectives
Serves as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products and capabilities with a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
Supports Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, account planning, and upskilling the team on product knowledge by collaborating on training and collateral materials
Engages with client teams to better understand pain points and refine solutions while regularly communicating critical client feedback to Product teams to inform the strategic product roadmap
Executes regional strategy for growing the MEA FIG Payments FX business, identifying the correct product suite for respective customers, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge on various FX Payments products 
Identifies correct product suite for respective customers, demonstrating a high level of product knowledge on various FX Payments products 
Refines the sales approach and message, where applicable. Coordinates with MEA Payments Sales, JPM Corporate Bankers and Investment Banking FX Sales for proactive and targeted client calling; presents relevant and thoughtful solution presentations 
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization 
Experience within a Payments FX environment, ideally with direct experience of working with an FI customer segment. Cash management and sales background is beneficial but not essential
A strong understanding of FX Payments products, particularly an appreciation of FX market risk
Able to work under direct portfolio growth targets, in a competitive environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

BA or BSc from a top-tier program or equivalent graduate level education preferred 
Exceptional writing, verbal communication and client facing skills. 
Ability to develop and lead collaborative relationships with key internal partners - sales, product management, client service and global bankers

What you'll be doing  

At Chalhoub, we express the exceptional! Working as a Store Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the team's performance and schedule, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, providing an exceptional guest experience, maintaining the shop and brand merchandising, and managing stock in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Lead by example and represent the brand by communicating its values and philosophy though all activities and interactions with customers and other team members
Follow all appropriate Retail policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure that work is done in a systematic and consistent manner.
Build and maintain guest experience standards in order to build strong loyalty.
Assist in the achievement of the store's sales target by collaborating with the sales executive team to generate sales through high-selling techniques.
Execute and Participate in projects and community events and activities with minimal supervision.
Stay ahead of latest trends, products and competitors and share feedback with the store manager and relevant stakeholders in the back-office team.
Team Management and Support
Create a positive work environment based on trust, respect and fairness and be the voice of the employees when needed by sharing any of their feedback, challenges and concerns with the store manager and HR teams.
Understand and communicate the organization’s priorities to ensure team’s alignment with Group’s objectives
Assist the Store Manager in defining areas of responsibility for each sales team member and manage, engage and guide the team reporting to the Store Manager
Create and maintain schedule to ensure full coverage of the shop floor and maintain grooming standards of the staff
Customer Centricity
Implement and promote exceptional customer service in stores to boost sales and build customer trust and loyalty.
Manage VIP Guests relationships
Manage all customer complaints effectively to ensure efficient operations and consistent exceptional customer service.
Operational Excellence
Maintain all operating standards by ensuring cleanliness, high visual merchandising standards and stock replenishments are done as per the brand’s VM guidelines
Leverage available technology tools when available to support customer experience in and outside of store (Clienteling app, OMS, Business Whatsapp, etc.)
Assist the Store Manager in preparing for inventory audit and enter all received goods in Baan inventory to ensure proper record of all stock movements
Ensure that all processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, retail store operations and HR guidelines. And escalate complex issues to the Store Manager to ensure that the issue is closed efficiently and in a timely manner.
What you’ll need to succeed     

Experience in a team leadership role, within a retail store
Currently based in the UAE

Responsible for performing general administrative support tasks involved in an organization. Responsibilities include assisting supervisory and nonsupervisory employees with various administrative support tasks. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, general filing and records maintenance, compiling data for reports, assisting with administrative tasks associated with the cost center(s) budget(s), scheduling appointments and meetings, calendar maintenance for one or more employees, answering/screening telephone calls, preparing expense reports, preparing/editing presentations, making travel arrangements, distributing mail, greeting/escorting visitors, assisting new employees, duplicating, and other established general administrative tasks. Coordinates work within the work unit and with other work units/departments, both internal and possibly external to the company. May assist in supporting the general administrative work for one or more professional employees other than the direct supervisor. The work performed by these employees is predominately general administrative in nature, as opposed to specific administrative tasks that are directly related to a specialty functions e.g., marketing, engineering, human resources, etc.

Applies extensive knowledge of the job skills, company policies and procedures to complete complex, specialized assignments/tasks in creative and effective ways. Comprehensive understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job. Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require initiative and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. May determine methods and procedures for new assignments. Typically provides guidance to other non-exempt employees.
