This is a challenging but fulfilling role, where you will be required to operate as a key member of our team, helping develop our finance transformation client offerings, developing the team around you, and contributing to the strategic growth and development of the Business Consulting and Business Advisory Services.

What you’ll be doing:

The Director plays a key role in business development, client management, team management and practice development.

Lead and support on business development activity, including assisting partners throughout the entire sales cycle: client relationship building, opportunity creation/identification, opportunity qualification, proposals, statements of work, oral presentations, developing project approaches, resource models, and pricing estimates.

Develop the Go To Market, commercial proposition, offerings and strategic plan around developing our finance transformation and CFO advisory offering

Develop and upskill the team and build finance transformation into a core offering covering 20%+ of overall consulting revenues

Contribute towards a financial target which covers winning work, and managing projects successfully

Develop your internal & external network, raising awareness about the team’s capabilities, success stories, and client base, identify business development or cross-selling opportunities

Maintain a good working relationship with clients and work effectively with client management and staff at all levels to gather information and perform services

Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver successful project outcomes, in line with the targets and KPIs appropriate for your role

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and rigour

Manage, motivate, develop, train, coach and mentor staff on projects while embedding and supporting a feedback focused culture

Help define and embed the culture we need to continue growing the team in the right way

Stay up to date with industry trends and insights, and support the team in doing the same

Support core internal responsibilities, which may include recruitment, thought leadership, financial management, performance management and quality related activities

Other duties as assigned

Who we're looking for:

You have a minimum of 10+ years of management consulting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior manager / director role or equivalent, from a consulting firm

You possess a proven track record of selling and delivering successful finance transformation projects for clients, demonstrating an ability to drive results, add value, and delight our clients

Your experience to date covers a mix of finance assessments, transformation planning and delivery, shared services, systems, process, policy and people related activity, demonstrating you can operate across any element of a finance function operating model

You have strong analytical, commercial and problem solving skills with the ability to assess and de-mystify complex situations with ease

You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken, English required, Arabic is a bonus), with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and other parts of our firm

You are considered to be a strategic thinker with a strong business/commercial acumen, who can operate at the ‘big picture’ level but also be ‘hands-on’ in client delivery

You innately have a commitment to mentoring and coaching junior team members, with a passion for developing others

You are comfortable working under pressure, in a demanding environment and to tight deadlines, delivering results

You have industry / sector expertise across a variety of industries

You understand the consulting and project delivery lifecycle, its requirements, and actively embed this in teams around you

You understand the regional market, nuances and dynamics, and how it differs to other markets, and can thrive in this environment

You have a strong ambition to develop your areas of business and become a partner in the firm

About The role: “Sr. Professional, Operations” 

Oversee the day to day Inbound, outbound, inventory & Dispatch functions in the warehouse in compliance with the procedures and guidelines set by the company.

Ensure that all tasks are executed within the given deadlines and maintain GRN, Pick/Pack SLA, WH space optimization and ensure Delivery Schedules as per service levels committed

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Inbound, outbound & inventory operations, respond, deal, and liaise with Purchase, Sales Ops, Logistics & WH teams.

Monitor and ensure the receipt, GRN, Pick & Pack and releasing of goods within the agreed business SLA’s, oversee the 4M & 5S and ensure these standards are in place.

Coordinate, oversee and control the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and WH storage.

Use space and management strategy and maintain inventory accuracy at all times, keep stock control systems up to date and plan future capacity requirements in the WH.

Responsible for identifying the opportunities area in day to day operations and improve the process efficiency.

Motivate, organize, and train the staffs, as well as monitoring their performance and progress.

Making sure quality, rate basis budgeted targets and safety/environmental objectives are met.

Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to the organizational goals and objectives.

Produce regular reports and update on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, communicate with management and BU on a daily basis.

Maintain health and safety, hygiene, and security standards in the work environment (e.g., MHE checklist, near miss, red tag and etc.)

Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement

Minimum Graduate or above from reputed Institute

Minimum 5 years in Large size warehouse operation in mid or above career level experience.

Good Analytical skill including delivering against SLAs and measurable KPIs using 5S, 4M and lean methodology.

Knowledge of WH space, stock keeping, warehouse & team management.

Knowledge and experience of using Warehouse Management System (WMS) including MS office intermediate and above level.

Knowledge of U.A.E. and Jebel Ali WH/Customs rules and regulations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Principal Travel, Fleet, Facilities & Logistics Management

Strategic Category will be a part of SIMs & Scratch Card &

Facilities, Logistics Mgt., Travel squad in the Business Services

POD.

Principal will be responsible for defining building and executing

Travel, Fleet, Facilities & Logistics Management category

strategy, deliver against business req., implement best practices

& identify opportunities for bringing in efficiencies &

effectiveness within the procurement value chain.

The principal will liaise with the stakeholders to understand their

requirements and fulfill the demand in the best possible way.

Principal will drive strategic negotiations for critical projects with

the vendors, supported by the category sourcing team.

The principal will liaise with other flying squad & CoE members

basis the business requirement and gather the required

capabilities within the sprints to ensure achievement of squad

outcomes. The principal as a part of Strategic Procurement

chapter will identify the best practices, share their expertise &

deep knowledge with chapter members to upskill and achieve set

outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop the strategy for Travel, Fleet, Facilities & Logistics Management strategic category, detailing key priorities for sh ort --, medium

and long term goals, and maximize cost savings without unduly reducing other sources of value, ensuring competitiveness, and mit igate

short and long term risks.



Drive organizational commitment to the savings, investments, innovation, and quality goals by building cross functional agree men t and

signoff from business stakeholders and leadership.



Drive implementation of specific outcome based initiatives and drive them in sprints to support the category strategy and define clear

quantification of the cost and non cost benefits that these initiatives will achieve.



Perform internal and external benchmarking, comparing procurement practices focusing on at costs, quality, operating processe s, and

other metrics throughout the organization, across regions, business units and competitors



Analyze current suppliers for Travel, Fleet, Facilities & Logistics Management services to develop an understanding of where the business

unit fits into each supplier’s portfolio and thus what sort of leverage for negotiation exists.



Segment the supply market by region and product type, to understand the key business drivers behind price development, and an aly zing

the relevant market economics, as well as suppliers’ cost structures



Use market intelligence tools and databases to screen the markets for suppliers offering new technologies and standout innova tio ns that

bring real improvements to the business. Develop supplier cost models, perform clean sheet analysis, spend analysis, price cu rve s etc.



Drive the negotiation discussions with key suppliers' basis market research on global pricing structures & current supplier c ost positions



Identify the levers for minimizing the Total Cost of Ownership for the relevant category. For ex: (Effective payment terms, s tre amlined

specifications, SLA Management etc.)



Responsible for defining the spend baseline and the evolution of that spend over time by detailing out the spend structure by se gment,

supplier, business unit, and region. Assess historic spending patterns, incorporate it as part of category strategy process a nd drive future

spending



As a part of sprint review, track & measure Travel, Fleet, Facilities & Logistics Management category performance (including cor rective

actions if necessary), deliver progress report to scrum master



As a Squad member, understand the value of Scrum events, apply them to the needs of the Squad and the desired outcome includi ng

planning, stand up, retrospective and showcase & removing blockers/ impediments



Assist the scrum master to capture performance metrics of SIMs & Scratch Card & Facilities, Logistics Mgt., Travel squad and bu ild and

manage a high performing squad



Attend daily stand ups and discuss bottlenecks & focus areas identified during the sprints.



Interact with Strategic Sourcing Chapter members, sharing expertise and deep knowledge to support upskilling and goal achieve men ts

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

•

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / or

equivalent degree

•

Post graduate degree in Supply Chain Management and / or

equivalent professional qualification (Preferred)
