Ecommerce Specialist, Hamad M. Al Rugaib & Sons Trading Co., Al Khobar, KSA

Purpose:

The role of the E-Commerce Specialist will be supporting the growth and development of all the online

channels that contribute to the company. The E-Commerce department’s purpose is to manage and

strengthen the online presence of the company and add value to deliver the company’s end business

goals through E-Commerce solutions.

Responsibilities:

 Pricing management across all digital platforms.

 Manage product data consistency & maintain images and other digital assets through systems.

 Report and analyze customer behavior & sales Key Performance Indicators and website

performance on a weekly basis.

 Work closely with marketing & merchandising teams to ensure that the right products and

initiatives are being promoted across all platforms.

 Optimize content utilizing keywords and phrases to maximize SEO.

 Manage products & partnerships with all ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.)

 Account management and online sales planning

 Building new landing pages on websites.

 Developing technical changes on websites.

Requirements:

 Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

 Strong communication skills

 Amazon Vendor or Seller Central experience strongly preferred

 Focus on product data integrity

 Experience in ecommerce

 Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel

 Experience in building websites in platforms like Shopify, WordPress, Magento, etc.

 Analyzing data to make decisions

 Account management, sales planning and business development experience

 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or Business

Job Profile

Purchase most acceptable quality materials, supplies, equipment, and contractual services at the lowest possible cost and ensure time delivery to meet our production requirements.

Responsibilities:

Convert purchase requisition in purchase orders in timely manager.

Execute and manage continuous improvement in areas of Purchases.

Strong Analytical Skills: Able to work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for the company.

Evaluate the many pros and cons of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.

Strong Decision-Making Skills: Able use the information gathered by yourself and the purchasing agents to make decisions on behalf of your company.

Able to analyze prices and get the best deals possible.

Strong Negotiating Skills: Able to work with suppliers to create the best deals. Negotiating skills will help create those deals.

Monitor day-to-day activities of procurement to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.

Manage the procurement of Raw & Packaging material required for production and different departments, ensuring availability of material as per right quality, price and agreed timelines.

Create and maintain an environment towards commitment, motivation, and enthusiasm to synchronize team’s energy in a tight-knit and competent group of people to attain higher level of team performance.

Ensure a culture of family orientated work environment founded on trust, honesty, transparency, with open communication and fair dealing with the maintenance of Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals high standard of work and work ethic.

Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign, and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of purchasing department.

Plan, manage and review individual performance of purchasing staff and provide regular feedback and coaching, with the aim to capitalize on individual strength and taking prompt action in the areas of improvements.

Create a culture of process improvement where team members to suggest, participate in and contribute to improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing initiatives.

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s in industrial engineering or any related fields.

Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in manufacturing companies.

Good in English & Fluent in Arabic.

Certification in Procurement

Analytical skill with focus on total cost of acquisition.

Customer focus.

Supplier relationship management.

Knowledge of local and international regulations of imports.

ERP system.

HSE Team Leader, Elsewedy Electric, Riyadh, KSA

Support the HSE Section Head and HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.

Inspection of unsafe act & condition, all safety activities concerning operation and maintenance

Support and advice to the various operation and maintenance teams to ensure achievement of the highest standards of Safety performance

Report of any accident/incident, near miss, work hazard and violations

Ensure the providence of PPE at all times and distributed to all employees according to the nature of their work to prevent risk that workers may be exposed to during work.

Help in Conducting Risk Assessment to all hazardous activities and ensure that all control measures to reduce the risk are in place.

Follow up on work permits for all production and maintenance activities, and action plans for any accidents, inspections, unsafe acts & conditions reports

Traffic monitoring inside the plant, insure safe driving and raising driver’s awareness by conducting training session and issuing internal driving license.

Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.

 

Qualifications

 

Education:  Bachelor’s degree 

Years of Experience:  7 -12 years 

Language:  Good English

Computer Skills: MS office

 

Essential certificates: -

ISO 45001 internal auditor

ISO 14001 Internal auditor

OSHA General

OSHA construction

 Scaffolding inspection certificate

Working at highest certificate

Isolation Certificate - first aid - Firefighting certificate
