Support the HSE Section Head and HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
Inspection of unsafe act & condition, all safety activities concerning operation and maintenance
Support and advice to the various operation and maintenance teams to ensure achievement of the highest standards of Safety performance
Report of any accident/incident, near miss, work hazard and violations
Ensure the providence of PPE at all times and distributed to all employees according to the nature of their work to prevent risk that workers may be exposed to during work.
Help in Conducting Risk Assessment to all hazardous activities and ensure that all control measures to reduce the risk are in place.
Follow up on work permits for all production and maintenance activities, and action plans for any accidents, inspections, unsafe acts & conditions reports
Traffic monitoring inside the plant, insure safe driving and raising driver’s awareness by conducting training session and issuing internal driving license.
Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Years of Experience: 7 -12 years
Language: Good English
Computer Skills: MS office
Essential certificates: -
ISO 45001 internal auditor
ISO 14001 Internal auditor
OSHA General
OSHA construction
Scaffolding inspection certificate
Working at highest certificate
Isolation Certificate - first aid - Firefighting certificate
