Microsoft Azure Solution
The Units key objective is to offer the business users the latest Cloud communications and collaboration tools that increase the productivity and engagement within a comprehensive cost efficiency
Brief Description:
The Technology Engineer is responsible to manage the Cloud Virtual Desktop environment including the lifecycle management maintaining the security standards applied apply the new features and enhancement and life the lifecycleSupport the business exploring any new Azure solutions that related to the platform
Support the implementation of the digital experience strategy shehe needs to be forward thinking Innovative and creative ways to build new digital service crossfunctionally and work with different teams to define execute and manage digital solutions Provide necessary knowledge base FAQs and SOPs for evaluated solution including L3 support
Essential Job Requirements
Strong working experience and indepth knowledge on Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
Strong knowledge on Azure solution
Able to explore new solutions and be able to bring in new ideas from the industry related to Azure services
Consult Business Units around technical feasibility of the cuttingedge solutions
Understand working model with 3rd party companies like hardware software or solution integration vendors Able to provide technical direction and help needed by the team and be able to assist in architecturalsolution design
Work closely with the IT Operations team to run products effectively on a day2day basis ie have tracking reporting security and operational tools integrated and working
General banking and business area knowledge is necessary to steer necessary implementations according to bank strategy
Participate in both strategic and tactical planning around scalability efficiency security and resilience of the overall digital platform
Partner with other teams in the organization to improve developer and designer workflow and communication
Work with your team as a subject matter expert on core digital technologies
