We are currently looking for Station Manager based in Nur Sultan NQZ

The Station Manager is responsible for the safe, economic, punctual and customer orientated planning, performance and continual assessment of service delivery at the station during his shifts.

Job Description:

Oversee daily flights and levels of efficiency for the entire operation.
Station Manager is overall in charge & responsible for the entire station for all day-to-day station related & administrative responsibilities of the station.
Analyze the daily flight and station related issues, take corrective action and notify to the Management
Shall be responsible for collection of aircraft revisions and amendments & ensure updating the same in Aircraft.
Make a business case for various services required at station level and submit to the Management for Approvals.
Notify all safety related matters including any incident/accident to the regulatory authorities & to the Management.
Shall be responsible for planning various staff trainings, procurement of Airport entry pass & Approvals.
Shall conduct audits of other depts and aircraft whenever required.
Ensure that all required spares & other materials available at station for on time departure in consultation with Eng./ Material Mgt
Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, vendors, and associated agencies Lead and manage assigned ground engineers and other staff at station.
Prepare station budgets, and ensure local safety programs compliance.
Manage, plan & supervise the performance of scheduled / unscheduled maintenance to include required aircraft inspections.
Ensuring all equipment, fixtures and facilities are properly maintained and in good working order.
Co-ordinate with MCC and Engineering planning for maintenance related tasks.
Carryout safety inspection of aircraft and ensure all safety concerns are addressed properly.
Send daily briefing report of all activities performed at station to Hod’s and management
Physically present during the operations and overlooks on-site the most critical processes.
Ensure achievement of all quality targets / Key Performance Indicators and initiate corrective actions if deviations occur and strive for consistent quality and service improvements
Maintain regular communication and feedback with management about all handling aspects as locally defined.
Maintain the local Station Emergency Response Plan and take the role of the Emergency Coordinator
Ensure a cost-efficient ground handling operation without any compromise to safety standards
Responsible for compliance with all governing rules and regulations regarding safety and security in the airline industry

Job Requirements:

A 4-year college degree is typically preferred with relevant airline experience
Experience working in an AMO & Line Maintenance environment.
Able to work effectively in a team, as well as independently, in all levels of the organization
Good knowledge of computer applications specially MS Office.
Fluent in English (written and oral)
Flexible and able to work night shift and weekend
Good physical condition
International Driving License preferable.

Airport Termination Manager – DWC
(fixed-term opportunity till May 2024 with the possibility to extend)

If you join our team, you may have the following responsibilities:

The Operations at DWC includes both Into-Plane and Fuel Farm NOJV operations. This role is expected to be in due course accountable for both the Into-Plane and Fuel Farm Operations, and as such supervise all staff on site, that includes staff from all the stakeholders, as well as any 3rd party contractors on site.
Scope of accountability will be aligned to a phased transition of Air bp’s responsibilities as Lead Participant for the Into-Plane and Fuel Farm Operations. In the transition phase, the ATM will maintain necessary interfaces with the incumbent Fuel Farm Manager to ensure alignment between Fuel Farm and Into-Plane Operations.
Be accountable for the implementation of correct quality control procedures, the maintenance of satisfactory documentation, the quality of product received by the airport depot, the quality of product stored and handled within the depot, the quality of product transferred to the into plane companies or sold to the customers at the airport, the training of all staff at the site who are nominated as Product Quality Inspectors.
Ensure all fixed and mobile equipment is well maintained in the depot, and hence required to ensure that appropriate site-specific preventive maintenance schedules are in place for all equipment and that these are current. Make sure that the fixed and mobile assets on site are appropriate for the level of business and fit for purpose and escalate through the line any areas of concern
Responsible for managing Stakeholders including Airport authorities, Statutory authorities and Throughputter representatives, as well as representing the JV with the airport authorities and related stakeholders for all operations and HSSE matters.
Be accountable for all Administrative duties in the depot. This includes but not limited to Sales, stock management, overtime, petty cash, record keeping, data inputting. Routinely checking the accuracy of these tasks when performed by their staff.
Prepare Capital and Revenue Budget proposals for the Depot and implementing and controlling the Revenue budget. Report management information to the appropriate levels in the organization, that is bp and the JV as case may be. Be accountable for communicating stock requirements, considering any changes in demand patterns; as well as for the stock control at the airport and being able to identify trends, irregularities and implementing remedial action.

In this role, we have the following requirements:

Engineering graduate OR High-Level Diploma in any engineering discipline OR Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Petroleum Terminal Operations of which at least 5 years are in a senior supervisor/manager level in an Airport Fuel Depot and preferably including Into-Plane Operation.
Senior Supervisory or Site Leadership experience in Airport Storage, Hydrant and Into-Plane Operations is preferred
Excellent Communication and Leadership skills especially JV Management
Good financial understanding
Fluent spoken and good written English
Written and spoken Arabic would be an advantage.
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

Main Responsibilities:

Handling all the process parameters to obtain a safe and smooth operation
Systematically inspecting all the process equipment to ensure smooth running of process and rectify/report any abnormality observed.
Handover of process equipment for maintenance, isolating, draining and depressurizing with proper risk assessment, job hazard analysis, permit to work, lock out and tag out system
Experience in troubleshooting of Absorption Column, Stripping Column, Condensate Stabilization, Separators, Centrifugal Pumps and Compressors.
Well aware of Plant P&ID, PFD, Material & Energy balances, equipment specifications, design, control operating, isolation and shutdown philosophies.
The Processing facility consists of Dehydration Unit, Amine Sweetening Unit, Condensate Stabilization and Sulphur Recovery Unit

Qualifications:

B Sc in Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in operating and Commissioning of Oil & Gas Processing facilities & Field developments
At least 8 years’ experience in a similar position on pre-commissioning and commissioning projects.
Specific Process Units experience relevant to the project (CPF, Oil/Gas Separation, Gas lifted wells ) & Utilities
Familiar with Commissioning/Completion management systems and Software specifically ICAPS
Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
Gulf experience is an advantage
Willing to work in Fujairah
