The role carries primary responsibility of assisting in managing all activities related to Logistics requirement across QR Group, helping to set category strategy, interfacing with internal customers and suppliers to ensure best value for the company in line with its strategic, financial and operational requirements.
You will be mainly managing the section within Logistics department in relation to inbound and outbound freight and customs clearance activities.
Skills and Behaviours:
- Good Command of English language and Arabic language (Arabic language will be an advantage)
- Good knowledge and applicability of latest Incoterms
- Planning, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Service-oriented mindset, with a desire to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Ability to work in a very dynamic environment, under pressure, with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to define scope and structure work plans and deliverables that meet business objectives and which can be delivered within current team capabilities

Qualifications
About You
You will possess:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or a Related Field.
- 4+ years of experience in relevant field
- Working experience in freight forwarding dealing with multi-modal shipments is MUST
- CIPS / CILT certifications would be an added advantage
- Proven experience in EXPORT and IMPORT processes in all modes of transport (Air, Sea, Road), policy, terms and freight forwarding processes
- Proven records in managing internal stakeholders and experience in managing and leading a team of subordinates
