You will be working with the Corporate Team that includes the leading names in the Saudi legal market including Saudi and internationally qualified partners and lawyers.   • The merger of SABB and Al-Alawwal, two of the leading banks in Saudi Arabia;
  • The acquisition of souq.com (the Middle East’s leading online retailer) by Amazon;

  • Ensure subcontractor's shop drawings are reviewed and coordinated before execution of the works. 
  • Prepares method statements in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications and approved procedures.  Communicates the same to concerned staff to ensure that work is executed accordingly.
  • Directing works in accordance with the approved construction program, including the 2-month and 2-week look-ahead programs   
  • Responsible for the proper planning of 2-week targets and monitoring the same on a daily basis.  
  • Ensuring that periodic survey is carried out to ensure that project is following the original set out controls.  
  • Operation planning, control and valuation of sub-contractor’s performances.   
  • Completing all necessary Q.A. documentation related to the work under his direct control and co-ordinate daily site inspections  
  • Output controls of labours and implement steps to improve  
  • Arrange required daily reports to monitor productivity, performance, status, etc.  
  • Identifies potential variations where possible and communicates the same to the Project Manager 
  • Coordination with consultant and other Government authorities with respect to technical matters on site.

SUMMARY:

Supervises cost estimating, analysis, and control activities. Supports project organizational and administrative activities. Identifies cost trends for management attention.   • Participate in resolving and expediting invoice processing restraints between construction, F&A, Revenue, etc. Participate in assisting client’s Planning & Budget Department regarding construction budgets/expenditure for each work plan.
