Job Description

  • Ability to set direction related to strategic planning, process, data, and application, security, and infrastructure activities within the EA Office.
  • Ensures target Enterprise Architecture reflects the   Strategy direction, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Acts as the Senior Management advisor through bringing forward key recommendations to enhance their decision-making process.
  •  Providing Enterprise Architecture leadership and guidance to the EA Core Team.
  • Tracks and manages EA issues, opportunities, exceptions and compliance.
  •  Ensures integration across the EA Domains and cross-domain validation of EA Content.
  • Ensures alignment of EA with industry best practices.
  • Manages the EA Governance structure, activities and effectiveness.
  • Ensures effective architecture reviews and issue resolution across initiatives and solutions.
  • Manages execution and evolution of the EA Management processes.
  • Leads the establishment, development, update and maintenance of EA artifices.
  • Ensures initiatives and projects conform to Business Architecture direction and standards.
  •  Supports the integration of Business Architecture content with the other domains in support of agreed EA deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT industry, preferably with consulting experience.
  • Should be TOGAF Certified.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and the new technology trends
  • Previous Healthcare industry experience.
  • Previous consulting experience.
  • Good understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) including architecture, modeling, data architecture, and ESB.
  • Understating of EA and SOA governance.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and the produced artifacts at each phase.
  • Previous experience in architecting large-scale solutions.
  • Fluently spoken in Arabic and English.
  • Provide a high caliber of documentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

 Are you interested in working for a 5000+ global software company, doing extremely challenging and interesting work in sales? We have an exciting opportunity for a professional to join our salesforce as a Sales Representative selling our SaaS Customer Experience Cloud solution.

 

What this role is:

The Sales Representative is a catalyst behind Genesys’ sales success and growth as an organization. As a consultative sales professional with strong career development ambitions in the solution sales space, you are responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in net new business from prospects and existing customers across different market segments.

 

In this role, you help solve the business needs of prospects and customers by aligning those needs and objectives with Genesys solutions. You will collaborate within a team to manage opportunities and customers relationships and are responsible for coordinating resources and managing the sales campaign across the entire opportunity pipeline.

 

What this role isn’t: 

 

It is not a “one-man band” role but you will be part of a dedicated team. Besides you as the Sales Representative, the typical account team includes a Sales Development Rep, a Solution Consultant, a Service Engagement Director, and a Customer Success Manager who are all there to help you close deals, keep our customers happy, loyal, and further growth. Your main goal is to convert as many opportunities into closed-won deals as possible.

As a Sales Development Representative, you fulfill a vital role of leveraging leads provided by Marketing and developing new opportunities on your own, handling all different kinds of sales scenarios and ultimately closing opportunities provided to them.

  • Connect client’s business objectives with Genesys offerings and solutions
  • Identify customer needs, create and articulate a strong value proposition
  • Understand and respond to customer objections effectively
  • Drive, orchestrate, negotiate and close sales campaigns successfully
  • Guide customer’s and prospect’s corporate strategic initiatives
  • Effectively sell a broad portfolio of products across a specific vertical
  • Assist the customer in maximizing the return of their investment with Genesys
  • Be proactive in all aspects of opportunity development
  • Build and expand relationships with the Economic Buyer in prospect and customer accounts
  • Establish yourself as a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to the prospect or customer
  • Bring net new and innovative ideas to both, the internal team and the customer
  • Assist in creating an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence (i.e. strong business acumen)
  • Partner with sales and additional pre-sales engagement members to align goals and ensure ongoing refinement

 

Minimum requirements

  • +3 years previous business-to-business SaaS Sales experience with a documented track record of success as a Sales Representative in a net new business role
  • Experienced in being part of numerous complex and consultative sales engagements, being proactive in leveraging the market potential in finding new opportunities
  • Excellent objection handling and negotiating abilities
  • Highly persuasive with a likeability factor
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work alongside multiple team members
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously and under time pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly resourceful when need to overcome barriers and objections
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding established goals
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within customer/prospect’s organization
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Available to travel for up to 50% of the time
  • Enterprise software or contact center industry experience is a plus

12. Work with finance team to develop a solid cash flow projection and reporting mechanism, which includes setting a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.

13. Evaluate company’s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase of operating efficiencies.

14. Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among senior executive team and all members of staff.
