Position Description:
We are seeking an experience and highly qualified Paralegal within our Intellectual Property Practice Area to join the Law Organization of Saudi Aramco.

Law is responsible for providing legal counsel and advisory services to Aramco’s business units, subsidiaries, and joint ventures.

The Paralegal’s primary role is to support the performance of legal activities within a specifically assigned functional area, and assist their assigned attorneys in the performance of their duties.
Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized and approved university. In addition, a Paralegal Certification from a recognized national organization is highly preferred.

You will have a minimum of 8 years of diversified experience with a law firm or in-house practice.

Proficiency in legal communication principles, both written and spoken.

Experience in the oil and gas, refining, chemicals, power, or other energy-related industry is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Prepare and review draft documents for assigned attorneys.

Review, analyze, and organize corporate documents for various corporate and financial transactions.

Stay abreast of rules and regulations in various jurisdictions.

Conduct advanced factual research, gather facts and create draft forms for attorneys.

Provide support in organizing, maintaining, managing and archiving files in a document management system.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervising attorneys.

An opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal to join the Riyadh office of this renowned Global law firm as a fee-earning Corporate Paralegal, providing support on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions across various sectors.
The work will be varied, challenging across complex mandates.
Our client is looking for an ambitious paralegal, able to learn quickly and provide outstanding standards of client service.
The role will also involve general paralegal and administrative duties, and applicants must be able to work in a calm, efficient manner under pressure.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have excellent academics including a law degree (LLB) and preferably LLM. This role is a Bilingual position, your English and Arabic (written & spoken), must be at an exemplary level.
Essentially, you will need solid, relevant legal experience gained at a well-known law firm in the UAE, and candidates currently located in the region are preferred.
