About you and this role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team in the Middle East, specifically in Thuwal, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role will be integral in providing technical support and developing solutions for our existing customers. The successful candidate will be a part of the Global Technical Service and Development team within our Industrial Solutions market-facing business unit. Our Industrial Solutions - Energy division operates across various segments in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors of the industry. We pride ourselves on delivering value-added products through our comprehensive chemistry solutions provider philosophy, offering innovative and customized solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Our business spans seven market segments, including Exploration, Production, Enhanced Oil Recovery, Refining, Gas Processing, Power, and Blue Hydrogen, across five global regions: Europe, North America, Latin America, Middle East/Africa, and Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Build strong technical relationships with customers and understand their operational needs.
• Support product implementation through troubleshooting, debottlenecking, and on-site technical assistance.
• Conduct plant reviews and field audits, analyze process data, and interpret lab reports.
• Perform on-site analytical tests and coordinate sample shipments to central labs.
• Collaborate with Sales and R&D to promote new products and translate customer needs into development projects.
• Deliver product training, develop applications to enhance product value, and respond to technical inquiries.

Qualifications

• Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering disciplines.

Your Skills

• Strong personal skills, including time management, written and oral communication, self-direction, and prioritization.
• Collaboration and Teamwork
• Fluency in English and Russian. Arabic is a plus
• Previous customer interaction experience, including relationship development, technical support, and product development.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and collaboration.
