The HR Consultant will play a key role in enhancing ESEC’s organizational effectiveness by aligning culture, processes, and employee capabilities with strategic goals. The role is responsible for assessing and addressing organizational needs, leading change management initiatives, and driving improvements in performance management and total rewards. The consultant will also foster a positive workplace environment, elevate the capabilities of the HR team, and provide comprehensive consultation and support across all HR functions. Additionally, the role includes designing and delivering development programs tailored for Saudi fresh engineers, ensuring the growth of local talent in line with ESEC’s long-term objectives.
- Leading and facilitating organizational change processes, including major operational shifts and implementing new policies and procedures
- Aligning organizational culture, structures, and processes with strategic business goals.
- Enhance and manage the performance management systems, tools, and processes to drive accountability and results. Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, organizational culture, and change readiness
- Support the development of KSA national employees across the function to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and lead the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance
- Create or establish a Competency framework to suit business needs (Core, leadership, Functional), and career management frameworks that align with the competency model, ensuring clear pathways and learning for employee progression.
- Develop, initiate, and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, Saudi fresh graduates, HR teams and individuals, and succession planning.
- Conduct organizational assessments and culture diagnostics.
- Lead organizational assessments, surveys, and diagnostics to identify improvement areas.
- Advisory & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on OD, talent, and change-related issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and C&B teams.
- Developing and implementing initiatives for leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, and continuous learning
- Review and update policies, procedures, SOPs, RACI, Authority Matrix.
- Lead organization structure reviews and recommend improvements to align with business strategy.
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning frameworks to align talent supply with business demand.
- provide comprehensive consultation and support across all HR functions.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Ideally certified at CIPD Level 3, SHRM Certified Professional or equivalent
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and overall, 20 years of experience
- Ideally 12 years of overall experience in Organizational Development and Human Capital setting.
- Practical experience in job evaluations and assessment scenarios.
- Practical experience in PayScale and salary structure assessment, benchmarking, improvement and, implementation.
- Practical experience as HR consultant.
