About the Role:

Are you passionate about redefining the passenger digital experience and driving innovation in airline technology?

You will own the strategy, planning, execution, and lifecycle management of our in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC) products across the fleet.

In this role, you will take ownership of full life cycle program management, from product selection and installations to retrofits and upgrades ensuring world class digital services for our guests. You will collaborate with the internal business, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to deliver projects on time, on budget, and in compliance with the highest industry standards.

You can expect to shape product development and lifecycle management, drive innovation in passenger engagement, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee contracts while maintaining a strong focus on cybersecurity, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

This is a critical role where your leadership will directly enhance guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and Riyadh Air's digital transformation journey.

About You:

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate 5 - 10 years of progressive experience in airline in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFE/IFC), ideally having managed integrated IFEC programs across multiple fleet types.

You are expected to possess strong supplier management expertise, with proven experience working alongside OEMs, MROs, and regulatory bodies. You will also bring proficiency in project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Gantt, or Jira.

We’d love to hear from you even more if you possess an MBA, PMP certification, or LEAN Six Sigma training, as well as hands on familiarity with IFE/IFC hardware and software, satellite and air to ground systems, and digital product development.
