About The Role

Our Strategy & Transformation team transforms challenges into opportunities and delivers tailored strategies that ensure long-term value. Our approach is driven by a deep understanding of the diverse industries we serve.

This role requires extremely solid problem-solving skills, end-to-end financial modelling skills, being capable of leading content discussion and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. You will be expected to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with recognized experts in small teams that encourage and reward collaboration.

This dynamic role is ideal for innovative, collaborative, and motivated students, eager to take ownership of modules of the project and responsibility for full chapters of documents on their own.

What You’ll Do

As a Consultant in FTI Consulting, you will be an integral part of a team. You will engage in activities that support our clients’ projects and contribute to our firm’s business development and intellectual capital development efforts.

Your responsibilities will include identification and structuring of complex issues, autonomously conducting accurate and thorough research for client projects and proposals, generating insightful analyses showcasing advance MS Excel modelling skills and ensuring consistency across all outputs, and being able to synthesize and present the findings within the larger context in a clear and structured format.

In addition, you will manage project modules with guidance from senior team members, demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently, communicate project statuses, be able to deliver high quality outputs within deadlines and proactively implement feedback to address areas of improvement.

What We Are Looking For

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree major(s): Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong experience in a highly demanding position with a proved successful career track record.
• Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's in Business and Administration
• Prior experience in a top-tier consultancy or professional services environment will be highly regarded
• Knowledge and interest in Healthcare
