Responsible for sales presentations and product demonstrations pre-sales and/or post-sales. Delivers, helps develop, and maintains standard product demonstrations and materials to secure business and increase revenue. Understands business and industry; helps customers realize return on investment and drives knowledge into sales force.

Engage customers early in the sales cycle, matching needs to SAP solutions, and advising account teams on opportunities based on success probabilities and strategic account positions

Develop and deliver compelling stories and demonstrations that illustrate differentiated business outcomes, utilizing standard messaging and digital assets throughout the customer journey

Collaborate with customers and partners to co-create an agreed-upon SAP vision, aligning messaging and gaining customer trust

Ensure world-class customer experiences in critical segments, driving adoption and consumption to maximize customer value

Continuously explore and communicate the added value of SAP solutions to each account, supporting the process of value expansion and increased revenue.

Accountability:

• 
  Expertise in Business Results: Leverage deep knowledge in supply chain and manufacturing processes to ensure business-critical results. This involves aligning SAP solutions with strategic goals to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
• Complex and Innovative Outcomes: Drive the delivery of outcomes from complex and innovative functional issues. This involves integrating client needs with strategic business goals and financial objectives. You are responsible for executing functional business plans that are aligned with customer needs.
• Decision-Making: Make functional decisions of a broad nature that can impact the overall business strategy. This includes recommending solutions that optimize supply chain operations and improve manufacturing productivity.
• Leadership Responsibilities: Potentially include team lead or supervisory roles, guiding teams in effective implementation and integration of SAP solutions in supply chain and manufacturing contexts.

Complexity:

• In-depth Knowledge Sharing: Share your expertise in supply chain and manufacturing with your team to enable decision-making. Offer innovative solutions to complex operational challenges, utilizing advanced SAP functionalities to streamline processes and address business issues.
• Technical Projects: Work on complex technical projects that require strong technical knowledge related to manufacturing systems, logistics, inventory management, and procurement processes.

Experience:

• Professional Experience Across Areas: The role demands a deep professional experience within several sub-functions of supply chain and manufacturing. This includes functional skills in planning, logistics, procurement, and production strategy.
• Broad Functional Knowledge: You should possess broad knowledge across all areas of supply chain management and manufacturing operations, including regulatory compliance, sustainability initiatives, and technology integration.

Communication:

• External Representation: Represent the company externally in matters related to supply chain and manufacturing solutions. This involves articulating SAP’s value proposition and driving trust and collaboration with customers.
• Integration and Cooperation: Find common ground for functional cooperation within cross-functional teams. Communicate clear functional requirements and targets to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Feedback and Targets: Communicate messages related to your area of expertise in a timely manner, providing constructive feedback to colleagues and managers. Effectively settle different functional perspectives to achieve unified business objectives.

Experience & Education:

• Strong SAP Digital Supply Chain domain experience in Presales across KSA market.
• Solid demonstrated expertise of 13+ years of successful track record in SAP Portfolio.
• Relative degree and Masters is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic national language
