About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Supply Chain Analyst to support the optimization and continuous improvement of our regional supply chain operations. This role is ideal for an analytical professional with a strong background in data-driven decision making, who can turn insights into actionable recommendations across all supply chain streams.
Main Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
You will use data analysis to monitor, evaluate, and improve supply chain performance across multiple streams including planning, logistics, and customer service. This includes identifying trends, analyzing operational data, and providing clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Dashboard & Reporting Development:
You will develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI and Excel to support data-driven decision-making. These tools will help visualize key performance indicators and ensure timely access to critical supply chain insights.
Data Integrity & System Accuracy:
You will ensure data integrity and accuracy within SAP and other reporting systems. This includes validating data inputs, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining high standards of data quality across all platforms.
Project Support & Efficiency Initiatives:
You will support regional projects focused on supply chain development and efficiency improvements. This involves contributing analytical insights, tracking project progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration, Performance Reporting & Communication:
You will collaborate with planning, logistics, customer service, and other teams to align on best practices and drive process improvements. Your role will be key in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will also provide structured, organized reports and insights to management, ensuring timely and effective communication of supply chain performance. This includes preparing regular updates, highlighting key trends, and recommending corrective actions where needed.
Who we are looking for:
If you are highly analytical and a detail-oriented professional with 2–3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, planning, or operations, this role is for you!
The ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies. A structured and organized approach is essential, along with excellent communication skills to clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Project management experience is a strong advantage and will support success in cross-functional initiatives.
