NSU - Field Service Representative, Dammam, KSA

We need a NSU - Field Service Representative

Nalco Water Saudi University (NWSU) is a training program for fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree. The program is designed to select top graduates to develop their technical and personal skills necessary to obtain and pursue professional career path. We believe that strengthening our future starts by investing on newly qualified graduates and develop them for critical roles and help them fulfill their potential.

The duration of the program is 6 months. The program will start next year at our main office in Dammam.

During the Program, You Will:

• Follow a structured training plan focused on technical lessons, classroom interaction and hands-on field learning.
• Have significant interaction with subject matter experts in the field.
• Build key relationships and interact with our leaders.
• Have a Basic salary, Housing and Transportation Allowance.
• Medical coverage.

What You Will Do:

• Provide on-site field service.
• Conduct site surveys, product/application audits
• Inventory management of chemical delivery systems
• Collect samples for monitoring chemical program.
• Manage chemical deliveries to customer when and as needed.
• Conduct field evaluation of new products
• Lead appropriate pre-trial or survey for site visits.
• Interact with appropriate internal and external customers and resources.
• Maintain accurate records based on information gathered during trials, surveys.
• Prepare reports detailing problems and solutions to initiate necessary corrective product modification and/or recommend process changes.
• Create troubleshooting service guides and bulletins on existing products.
• Coordinate and manage sampling and inventory schedules.
• Coordinate implementing solutions with customers.
• Assist sales in preparing business proposals.
• Participate in design reviews, new applications and start-ups evaluations.
• Assist in critiquing products serviceability, performance and reliability.
• Provide customers with expert technical service in all major applications.
• Support and be committed to the teams Quality Improvement Process
• Follow both company and customer safety regulations.
• Solve a wide range of complex, multi-disciplinary problems which must consider short and intermediate need.

Position Details:

• Candidate must initially reside in Dammam area for 6 months near our Headquarters.
• The candidate will be assigned to the job in the location he chose upon applying to the program.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering is required.
• Capable of independently support assigned customer.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Required autonomy and self-motivation.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to interact with customer personnel successfully and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good Computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and writing skills required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Able to manage multiple projects.
• Complete work on time and on budget.
