Qualification and Experience requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering Degree from recognized university/institution
- UPDA Grade A License
- Relevant qualifications in Quality Management.
- Qualification in Welding inspection Certificates such as CSWIP 3.2.2 or equivalent and ASNT Level II is an added advantage.
- 15 years of working experience in EPC Quality Assurance & Control for Oil & Gas industry; 10 years of which must be in the onshore/offshore Oil & Gas Facilities sector, incld. LNG.
- Experience in a senior quality capacity such as Quality Manager.
- Experience in developing, implementing and managing project quality assurance programs for engineering design, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up and commissioning of oil and gas production facilities projects.
- Experience shall also include developing quality system audit programs based on ISO 9001 and contract requirements.
- Trained or certified as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (IRCA) , and must have very good auditing experience.
- Must have experience in reviewing vendor Quality and welding documentation.
- Experience in PMC QA/QC role is an added advantage.
Duties:
- Responsible for advising, guiding and motivating project line management on all quality and verification activities and related technical matters.
- Responsible for implementation, operation and maintenance of Quality Management System as per ISO 9001 and Contract specifications.
- Responsible for allocation of quality recourses and for quality training for all project personnel and overseeing all personnel understand and effectively deliver their quality responsibilities as per quality plan and procedures.
- Reports to highest executive management within his organization to ensure authority and freedom to execute assigned responsibilities.
- Preparation, implementation of Project Quality Plans. Development, preparation, implementation and monitoring of all Project specific procedures and Work Instructions.
- Establishing Quality KPI’s as per Project requirement and ensure monitoring and reporting.
- Review and Monitoring Subcontractors’ quality systems and quality performance.
- Implement Audit program and conduct Internal and Second party audits.
- Review of Engineering Quality deliverables and identify QA/QC requirements.
- Ensure Discipline and Inter disciplinary checks are implemented as per the requirements.
- Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality and technical requirements; resolution of quality problems; preparation and maintenance of Contract quality records.
- Initiate, track, record, action, and report status of all Project Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
- Technical review of documentation like Spec, DS, MR and other key documentation.
- Prepare Criticality rating report.
- Conducting design review and adding value to the engineering documentation.
- Conducting workshops for Risk, lesson learnt etc
