Responsibilities:

Our newest opportunity is for a talented HR Officer, to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, KSA.

• 
  Preparing, reviewing, and issuing HR-related letters (employment, salary, transfer, etc.).
• Maintaining and regularly updating employee records in the HR system.
• Supporting the onboarding process by preparing employee files and required documentation.
• Assisting with monitoring attendance and leave records.
• Managing medical insurance tasks, including adding or removing employees.
• Providing general administrative support to the HR team (filing, scanning, organizing documents).
• Ensuring adherence to internal policies and HR procedures.
• Responding to basic employee queries in a professional manner.
• Preparing standard HR reports as required.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envisage that you will bring 2-3 years of experience in similar role with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or Human Resources Management or equivalent.

• 2- 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong administrative skills, including drafting official letters and documentation.
• Ability to work with HR systems (uploading and maintaining employee records).
• Experience in handling medical insurance transactions (adding/removing employees).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong in Microsoft office. Specifically, Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
