About the role:
As Finance BI Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and implementing the Finance BI Strategy in the businesses of the assigned portfolio, with focus on specific projects. In addition, you will be responsible for enhancing data logic and providing data content to relevant stakeholders in line with the FBI strategy. The role drives focus on key areas of performance by developing insightful dashboards and providing analytical insights on performance and trends in line with the FBI Strategy.
Responsibilities:
Support the FBI Manager in accomplishing deliverables for the assigned portfolio, by providing accurate and timely data, content and insights.
Be the point of reference for building/developing content and insightful dashboard for the relevant stakeholders and assigned portfolio as per requirements and business needs in order to support operational readiness and business decision making.
Communicate effectively between the FBI team and the key stakeholders regarding requirements, in order to ensure the timely delivery of objectives.
Provide analysis and insights based on the dashboards created, in order to address business questions and queries.
Ensure continuous improvement of existing content and dashboards to ensure business evolving requirements are met.
Act as a consultant between the business and FBI to optimize outcomes by looking at the dashboard created and providing recommendation to the business.
Ensure on time and effective deliverables, by following task prioritization through agile methodology, to meet business needs.
Proactively identify and exploit revenue generation and cost reduction opportunities within the business and consult the business accordingly.
Provide regular feedback to internal stakeholders on performance trends and improvement opportunities pertaining to the assigned portfolio.
Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department

Qualifications
About you:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience.
Rich experience using Power BI
Work experience in managing (processing and analyzing) voluminous data.
Experience in deriving insights from data and submitting actionable recommendations to management.
Experience is setting in preparing and giving presentation on business performance to middle and senior management.
Experience in financial data management, organization, reporting and analysis.
Systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capability of working around problems.
Fluent in English.
PC literate with knowledge of World/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook.
