Currently we are looking for an Executive Assistant ,for our office in Riyadh, KSA.

Mission:

Maintaining official departmental records and executing administrative and not administrative responsibilities in line with the organizational operating policies and procedures in an effort to attain corporate goals and objectives; by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the GCC Chief Executive Officer, and works in close cooperation with the General Manager of Saudi Arabia and the HR Director of Saudi Arabia, Being based at Riyadh. The responsibilities of the role will be:

• Ensures all administrative activities are handled efficiently, including but not limited to: calls screened and re-directed where necessary in an effective and efficient manner to help maximise productivity (e.g. correspondence, communications, appointments, weekly schedules, itineraries.. etc
• Co-ordinating complex travel and accommodation arrangements for all GCC team.
• Co-ordinating logistics and on-boardings including medical insurance enrollments, access Door Key, Office Desk, Business cards, Office orientation, travel and accommodation arrangements for all employees.
• Performs all other business related tasks as assigned by the CEO, the Managing Director & the HR Director
• Support to onboarding & Employee Integration: design, lead and maintain the key processus which are important for any new employee (find a house, school subcriptions, etc.. IQAMA process, etc.
• Support to onboarding & Employee Integration.
• External Partnerships & Vendor Management: Lead and manage initiatives involving negotiations with service providers that support employee and office daily needs, such as real estate contracts, travel agencies, hotels, and other partners within the GCC region.

Requirements:

• Experience Background: minimum 5 years in a similar position
• Educational background: University Degree or equivalent
• Certifications: Bachelor Degree
• Location: Riyadh
• Geographic scope: Saudi Arabia and GCC
• Languages: Arabic, English
• Travel requirements: sometimes
• Saudi citizenship
