E-commerce Specialist, Jeddah, KSA

We need an E-commerce Specialist,
AlGhandoura Industrial Group LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our e-commerce operations. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimising our online sales channels, managing product listings, and enhancing the customer experience. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless online operations.

Responsibilities
Manage and optimise product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
Monitor website traffic and conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective online campaigns and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices.
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient order fulfilment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of new e-commerce initiatives.

Qualifications
Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably within a similar industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
