Analyst Reporting & Performance - Service Channels, UAE

We need an Analyst Reporting & Performance

Key Accountabilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns and anomalies
• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Strategy or equal
• Ensure all reports meet accuracy, timelines, and usability standards
• Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for business teams and management
• Support strategic planning by providing relevant analytical insights
• Perform ad-hoc data queries and analysis as requested
• Validate data accuracy, identify inconsistencies, and work with stakeholders to resolve data issues
• Maintain and update data models, KPIs, and metrics documentation
• Partner with internal departments to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements
Present findings and reports to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data analytics, Business intelligence, statistics, computer science, or a related field.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel (including advance formulas, pivot tables, and macros)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft Strategy, or similar)
• Familiarity with SQL and database querying
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
