Job Title: Tele Caller {English & Hindi}
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates 
Salary: Up to AED 4000/- 
Benefits: VISA, Medical Insurance, Company SIM Or SIM Allowance.
Nationality: Indian {Male & Female}

Role Overview: 
- We are seeking a motivated and confident male and female Tele Callers to join our team. 
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, or provide customer support. 
- He / She must possess excellent communication skills in, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- The ideal candidate must be Indian, under 28 years of age, and fluent in 
English and Hindi. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Provide detailed information about products or services offered.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to support business growth.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.

Requirements: 
- Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills In English & Hindi Both Mandatory.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
