We need a Senior Crewing Officer - Qatar Executive
- Closing date: 09-Jul-2025
In this role, you will be responsible for creating legal, optimized roster for Qatar Executive pilots and cabin crew using specialized optimization systems and ensure all other roster-related activities are performed within deadlines to meet the QCAA requirements.
You will also be responsible for all crew initial, recurrent and upgrade training and managing the support process for crew and management.
Other key operational accountabilities include:
- Ensure the flight crew is on the schedule as per the OM A - Chapter 7 to ensure that all Crew and flights are legally planned and operated.
- Ensure that flight crew training is scheduled in time to comply with regulations as stipulated in OM Part D.
- Comply with company policies and procedures from department management to ensure safe and effective crew utilization
- Handle crew standard roster bidding process to ensure fair distribution of leave and days off for flight crew.
- Ensure crew daily coverage for all aircraft by effectively planning to give more room for accommodating more charter sales.
- Handle crew leaves surplus and deficits in coordination with fleet team & admin team.
- Handle annual leave bidding process for the Crew to ensure fair distribution of annual leave blocks.
- Ensure flight following and recording is done for every flight to com ply with the legal requirements.
- Ensure the timely crew notification for all flights to avoid disruptions to the schedule.
- Provide timely & accurate feedback for charter inquiries to support the sales department in responding to direct clients and Customers
- Ensure that all training required by civil aviation and the Company is planned on time to keep the Flight Deck & Cabin Crew to carry out their duties.
- Coordinate training delivery for Flight Deck & Cabin Crew with Training Management & ATOs to optimize training allocation planning in order to reduce the training cost.
- Follow up on all the paperwork bookings for all required training slots and coordinate for the Duty Travel Authorization process with the respective admin team.
- Keep the Operations Management System updated with all the training plans & crew qualifications for readily visibility to all crewmembers with their profiles

Qualifications
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Qatar Executive Team.
- Bachelor’s degree qualification with minimum of 4 years’ job-related experience.
- Or Diploma/ Vocational training with minimum of 5 year’s job-related experience
- Background in airline operations
- Knowledge of JAA/QCAR regulations
- Knowledge of crew legality calculation
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
