Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing all purchasing activities within the company, ensuring that goods and services are acquired in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to support company objectives
- Source, select, and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, and delivery
- Review and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices
- Maintain and update supplier information and manage vendor relationships
- Monitor and track procurement activities and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience working in procurement or a similar role
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
