We need a People Services Specialist,
Job Description
- Provide HR support and guidance on employee relations and HR issues to operational teams, utilizing best practices.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with HR regulations and laws.
- Collaborate with supervisors to address complex or challenging offboarding situations, developing effective solutions.
- Supervise new aspects of assignments and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Apply standard HR knowledge and techniques to specific situations, identifying and addressing discrepancies as needed.
- Manage offboarding experiences to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
- Maintain expertise in government relations processes, including QIWA, GOSI, and Muddad.
- Maintain accurate documentation on all employee relations matters and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in employment law and HR best practices and incorporate them into organizational policies and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in relevant major.
- +3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with stakeholders.
