We need a Data Entry Executive,
Noorka Logistics, a reputable logistics and supply chain management company based in Dubai, is currently seeking a focused and accurate Data Entry Executive to support our daily operations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with data and ensuring that records are maintained with the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain logistics and shipment data in internal systems with speed and accuracy.
- Verify data for completeness and correctness before entry and after processing.
- Assist in preparing reports related to shipments, inventory, billing, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and operations teams to collect and confirm data inputs.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in generating invoices, delivery orders, and documentation required for customs or transport.
- Identify discrepancies and report any errors or delays in data processing to supervisors.
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with internal policies and data protection regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in office administration is a plus.
- 1–2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with data entry tools or ERP systems.
- Excellent typing speed and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
