Overview
Job Description
- Implement the decisions and directives of the aquatic center management regarding AQS (Reception Quality Service)
- Report on your work to your direct superiors
- Respect organizational protocols (internal regulations, safety, hygiene, surveillance, first aid, work organization, dress code, etc.).
- Ensure user satisfaction Reception, information and marketing mission
- Welcome and inform users
- Adopt a welcoming and caring attitude towards all users of the aquatic center and a proactive approach to welcoming, in particular, people with disabilities
- Ensure the collection of entrance fees, process registrations for activities and process subscriptions
- Respect the procedures for opening and closing the cash register, cashing up, reception and information
- Promote services and product sales
- Actively participate in prospecting new clients
- Participate in maintenance and cleaning operations during technical shutdowns
Job Requirements
