Ihre Aktivitäten
- Responsible for recording and maintaining book keeping, accounting entries
- Processing due invoices for payments, Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
- Handling daily Petty Cash for the company
- Sales Invoice and general-ledger data entry recording on daily basis
- Ensure timely response to supplier queries. Assisting in resolving queries related to Invoices and Payments with suppliers
- Posting and recording daily Cash/Bank receipt payment entries for suppliers
- Maintaining supplier invoice for VAT submissions
- Assisting in resolving VAT/Tax queries with HQ team, Auditors, ZATCA
- Assist HQ Finance team during Month end closing, Accounts Audits
Ihr Profil
- Bachelor degree from Finance or relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Accountant
- Advanced level of English(Both verbal and written)
- Arabic as native language
- Ability to work in multinational environment
- Managing the coordination of HQ of the MENAT Region and the local requirement
- Proven experience of VAT/Tax/GOSI
- Able to manage vendor relations with strong communication skills
- High productivity and multi tasking
