Job Description:
Should be strong in test processes and methodologies
· Very good experience in understanding of requirements
· Strong skills in test design, execution, Defect logging,
· Good Communication skill
· Should have good knowledge in SQL and QC/ALM
. Manage a team
· Flexible hours and hard working
Domain:
Airline domain knowledge (Reservation, DCS, ETKT, Fares)
· Manual Testing
· Hands on experience in QC/ALM (added advantage)
· Good Communication skills
Management:
Should have handled a team of 15+ resources and should be people oriented
Knowledge and working in Agile methodology and Agile metrics is required
Should be good in test strategy, recommendations, testing metrics, Testing Lifecycle, test processes and test estimation
Should be able to propagate and implement test strategy recommendations across SCRUM teams, provide test strategy and metrics recommendations to customer and other stakeholders
Excellent client handling skills and oral and written communication, however respecting the principles of working with self-organised Agile teams
Should also be able to coach and mentor team members
· Very good experience in understanding of requirements
